Project:
The
Practice Director will provide leadership in the Health Plans vertical.
Through a strong understanding of the managed care industry and the
technology
knowledge this leader demonstrates expertise in managing multiple
engagements, developing leads for the firm and assisting in closing add on
and/or new business.
In addition this individual is responsible for marshaling the
resources to satisfy client projects including: communicating to group
staffing resource regarding assignment of associates to projects,
demonstrating a mastery of core project skills-planning, monitoring and
documenting a project, overseeing development of project associates,
building relationships with clients, delivering project economics and
recruiting appropriate talent.
Finally, this individual will write and participate in annual
reviews and serve as a coach for career development of the staff. Candidate Requirements: The successful candidate has demonstrated ability working in a dynamic and fast paced organization. In addition this individual possesed the ability to effectively interface with diverse clients and provide technical solutions within complex managed care operations. They had experience with core project implementation management specifically supporting health plans. Several years of project management and supervisory experience were necessary demonstrating excellent sustainable senior level client relationships. In addition they excel in customer service orientation, leadership and mentoring skills and demonstrate a collaborative team oriented style. Effective communication, presentation and contract negotiation skills were also necessary, as is previous consulting experience and extensive travel. Strategy:
