The Transformation Services practice is part of the ASP Solutions
SBU. Transformation Services provides eBusiness strategy, HIPAA
Compliance, Business Intelligence & Data Warehousing, CRM and Enterprise
Architecture services. Our clients implementation-consulting units and
Transformation Services’ collectively provide consulting services to their
customers through eight U.S. offices and their Technology Development
Center in India. Their 250 consultants, with Big 5 consulting and managed
care information technology management backgrounds, have an average of
over ten years experience. The consulting practices offer an array of
strategy, enablement and management services (primarily to payers).

Project: The Director of Quality Assurance, reporting to the Vice President Integration Services, is a key leadership position within the Transformation Services. The successful candidate is expected to build a quality assurance function supporting the customization of products for internal as well as external customers. They will be expected to develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of the organizations full range of technology solutions, consulting services and implementation methodologies and tools. The Director Quality Assurance will also be expected to develop highly effective relationships with customers and prospects, organizational executives in all SBUs and other key staff across the organization.
Candidate Requirements: The successful candidate will have in-depth Quality Assurance experience. They will possess expert knowledge in integration testing, user acceptance testing, deep knowledge in testing methodologies including V-testing approach and CMM. They will have lead and managed large complex quality assurance projects/engagements with staff responsibility as large as 50 –60 people.
Strategy: We began targeting Senior Managers and Directors in National Software Development Firms. In our research we uncovered senior leaders in regional and national technology consulting companies focused in Quality Assurance. We networked with national QA Associations and high profiled Quality experts nationally.

His client’s included health insurance organizations, integrated delivery systems. He has over 13 years in QA and has acquired certifications in ISO 9000/Q90 Quality Series, ISO 9000 Quality Systems Documentation Requirements and ISO 9000 Internal Auditing Requirements. He has managed and directed staff as large as 80 people at one of the world’s largest credit card processing companies and has extensive experience in CMM, and V testing. He has experience in manufacturing, credit card processing, and healthcare. He also brings previous consulting experience to our client. The candidate joined the organization within sixty days of interviewing with them.
